Everything was great. The car pickup and drop-off were excellent, and the whole process was very easy. The car owner was very cooperative and helpful. I only had two small notes: the tires were quite worn, and the car was not very clean from the outside. Other than that, everything was good, and I still gave a five-star rating.

The pick up and drop off is easy and the car runs smoothly but unfortunately the aircon does not work and I was driving on over 35 degree days and neither does the horn. I almost was backed into in a car park and had to hastily revers back as the horn didn’t work. I was lucky no one was behind me. Everything else is fine but these are serious issues and why I’ve had to give 2 stars
