Jesse was very responsive and helpful. The car was comfortable and easy to drive. Pick up took longer than anticipated because it was at the back of the lot and UR drive staff were not there when I first arrived.

Look, the AC on the car didn’t work. It only blows hot air. The guys at the parking lot were nice but took ages to get the car out, it was at the very end of the parking lot, and there was almost no fuel on it. Luckily I didn’t drive much. They had the keys and I returned them to those guys instead of leaving them at the lockbox as said

My 3-star rating is because the car was dirty and it also had a mechanical issue that felt like a weak engine, and sometimes it would turn off unexpectedly. I think it's just a matter of maintenance. The rest was fine. Thank you.
