Disappointed with how this booking ended. The car was returned in clean condition, which was great. However, Saber continued being late with his extensions causing gaps between bookings that he did not pay for, even though he retained possession of the car. He also neglected to put the car on his Linkt account which meant that I received toll invoices for hundreds of dollars that he did not pay for, even though he gave me an assurance that he would. Not only that but he stopped communicating with me in any way for the whole week following the return of the car, even though I communicated my concerns and number of times. Finally, the car was returned with a large number of fine scratches on the bonnet which he did not immediately acknowledge occurred during his booking.
