      Bernadette communicated well to organise key handover and the engine light coming on during her booking. Was able to meet up and diagnose & fix the problem (1 out of 4 ignition coils had become intermittent). Glad she contacted me about the problem as she was concerned it could’ve lead catastrophic failure (but fortunately it wasn’t). Would happily share again with Bernadette again in future.
