This is the second time renting this vehicle and on two occasions we have now missed the event that we had booked the car for. For today’s trip, the lockbox was inside the car so it was impossible to gain access to the key and entry to the car. I tried calling the host numerous times but he did not pick up. I then called drive mates customer service who managed to make contact with the host who then met me at the car with the key but at this point it was 35 minutes into the booking and I had missed my slot to be somewhere.
