Balraj was fast responding and easy to collect car with instructions. However, car condition was not tidy or vacuumed on pick-up. There was a cigarette smell throughout - a air freshner would of helped with this. The reviews were misleading all saying 5 stars. So don't expect anything fancy as the car is a 2010 make and the petrol does runs quickly but the car will get you from A to B. Very affordable for a 7-seater so this was the upside.
