Natalie was a great host, she and her husband met us at pick up and gave clear instructions along with some tips about their car. They were very friendly to interact with and were also very co-operative when we wanted to extend the trip twice. Car is also in a great condition and was clean when we picked up. Definitely recommend using her car if you are traveling with a big family!
