Hello, I'm Katie.

Im kate, im 40, im a single mum to 2 litte girls. I live at the Gold Coast. I work full time for an eco friendly cleaning company and as a support worker all over brisbane and the gold coast. Im passionate about health, fitness, food and of course my children. In our spare time we live to be at the beach or out in nature. My daughters play touch footy and oztag so that takes up alot of our weekends.
