James is an incredibile eclectic down to hearth business man. The car picked out of his fleet was unbelievably good , elegant economical and well kept. Was handled very clean and J offered a flexible sort of pick up /drop off procedure to follow. In short seems like he is there to reply to any enquire if u need help but at the same time looks like he is quite preoccupied himself if you want to go ahead independently. He has been very honest, very polite , overall very competent and competitive with his offer , in my opinion, unbeatable. Thanks heaps J . I m booking again soon.

Beautiful car to drive, not a great host. Had to make a new booking every time I needed to extend my trip due to host not accepting extended trip on app. Also at the beginning of my rental, the car wasn't ready, I had to wait over an hour for the hosts father to prepare the car, wash it, clean it, fix the driver's sunvisor. Not good 😐 but I appreciate the fathers attention to detail and following up on his sons responsibilities.
