The car itself was clean and drove well, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. However, the experience was seriously compromised because the air conditioning was completely broken. We rented the car on a grueling 38°C day. With the windows up on the motorway, the cabin became a literal oven. It got so intensely hot that my partner actually started feeling dizzy and unwell from the heat, forcing us to pull over on the side of the road for her safety. A functioning air conditioner is a basic safety requirement, especially during hot weather. While the host was otherwise fine, driving without AC in extreme heat made this trip stressful and potentially dangerous. Hope this gets fixed for the next renter.

Good car, drives well but was very dirty on the outside. I tried to clean the windscreen but there was not water left so had to drive looking through a very dirty windscreen. There was also a few warning lights that came on in the car so it definitely needs a bit of a check before the next long drive. Otherwise I’d take the car every time

Solid for transporting lots of stuff. Doors are a bit tricky and don’t always open easily plus air con doesn’t really work. Great if you need a van for collecting or moving things, wouldn’t travel too far in it if you can avoid it.

Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this host or this car. The car was delivered dirty and with a very unpleasant smell. The overall condition was extremely poor: it was damaged, scratched and dented in many places, both inside and outside. There were also several issues with the car. The rear camera was not working properly, there appeared to be issues with the tyre pressure, and there were multiple other defects inside the vehicle. Overall, the car felt very poorly maintained and was definitely not in the condition I expected when renting it. On top of that, the service was very disappointing. I was charged extra fees for multiple things that I believe were unreasonable and not properly justified. Considering the condition of the car, the cleanliness, the mechanical/electrical issues and the additional charges, this was a terrible experience from beginning to end. I would not rent from this host again.

Great car overall - relatively clean although it could do with a bit of a refresher. It was well maintained , fuel efficient and easy to drive. I would do hire it again. One suggestion for future drivers: the driver seat moves backwards and forwards using the manual lever underneath the left hand side of the seat and not the buttons on the right side. The only other thing I have noticed, although they didn’t affect the way the car drove was I couldn’t get the horn to work despite pressing the steering wheel where it would normaly activate, and on start-up the message briefly appeared advising that the vehicle should be taken to a workshop. The message disappeared after a few seconds, but the orange/yellow warning triangle remained on the dashboard. I called this to report it so it was on record. Other than that everything was good

The location of the drop point was not the same as where I picked it up which caused some confusions and I spent an hour driving back and forth and it could have been better and what was written and what the navigation button took me to were two different locations which caused a bit of confusion

Really disappointing experience. Car was filthy inside and left over food and clothing were left from the previous user- clearly not cleaned at all. There was also a broken piece of plastic near the gear stick which cut my hand which is a serious safety issue. Completely unacceptable and not what I expect from a rental car service. Not even safe to be on the road. No aircon at all, windscreen wipers do not work so you can’t drive in rain, there is some kind of bubbles film over the back windscreen so you can’t see out especially if driving at night and headlights are behind, no AUX or Bluetooth neither connect or work. The only thing it does is drive just about. Only ok if you drive in low temps in day time with no rain and even still the price is too high considering how awful it is. Owner: Sorry Jessica you had issues like this, it had a AC service just some weeks before but it seems it is still not OK, I have this at a workshop to look at. The wipers will be replaced by myself soon and I will check the loost tint on the rear window.

I rented this car again as I had already used the same before. Overall, the car was in a really dirty but worked well. However, there was no cable available to connect my phone, so I couldn’t use CarPlay. For some reason, I wasn’t able to use maps on the car’s screen, which made driving that day less comfortable. Additionally, the car had a battery issue that I eventually managed to fix, but it caused about a one-hour delay and some inconvenience during my trip. Despite these issues, the car overall was fine and drove perfectly once everything was sorted out.

I rented this car for the day and overall the experience was very good. The car worked perfectly, was comfortable to drive, and I had no issues during the trip. I really enjoyed the day with this vehicle. The only thing worth mentioning is that the front windshield has some scratches. This does not affect driving or safety, but it would have been better to be informed about it in advance. Additionally, while I was returning the car, an orange warning light with an exclamation mark appeared on the dashboard, indicating a generic vehicle warning. I am not sure what it was related to, but it did not cause any problems and did not seem serious. Finally, it was not specified anywhere that the fuel cost would be reimbursed. For this reason, I did not keep the fuel receipt, even though I did refuel the car. If the fuel cost will not be refunded, that is fine, but it would have been better to know in advance so that I could have kept the receipt. Overall, the car was in great condition and I am satisfied with the experience.

Unfortunately the start of the trip was not so good , although not really the hosts fault. Car in front parked too close and VWs have a habit of going forward before they lock into reverse and go back. Being in a slight hill it was impossible. Had to call for help. Once that was done everything went smoothly. Car has minor damage so ensure you take photos.

Easy pick up, collected keys via lock box connected to the vehicle. Everything went smoothly during the trip. I had absolutely no problems at all! Belle's Audi was also, easy to drive, clean, easy drop off. All round, went very smoothly and I would recommend Belle's Audi if you are looking for an amazing family rental car!!!

The car would need some windshield washer fluid and a few messages / lights on a dashboard may require some attention (oil servicing needed etc.). One point that was a bit deceiving, the car doesn’t actually have CarPlay (I couldn’t get any USB input into the car entertainment system) but Bluetooth is nice. Otherwise it is a good car, pleasant to drive.

Continued with the booking as we were already running late. Was also promised carplay and cruise control on the listing but neither was available. None of the buttons on the steering wheel worked. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the rental car we recently received. The vehicle had clearly not been maintained or checked before handover. Upon starting the car, multiple warning lights appeared on the head-up display, including: • Service required • Low windshield washer fluid • No coolant (we even purchased coolant for $16 but could not use it, as we realized afterward it was the wrong type) • Empty fuel tank (we had to spend $35.46 to fill it) It is unacceptable that a rental car was handed over in such a state, as this caused significant inconvenience and stress.
