Great host! First time doing car share and the renting process from start to end, was smooth. The car is in really good condition too. Clean, easy to drive, and easy to park. Would definitely rent this car or from this host again.

Disappointing condition. Air conditioning didn’t work, car had no fuel, warning was showing for rear tyre pressure, no windscreen cleaning fluid, car also had an odour when we first got inside - so car was not well looked after.

Keys don't work so you have to turn the car on and open the child lock every time. Drivers side door doesn't prop open.

The car was not cleaned properly inside or out, and the flat tire warning light was on during my rental. Additionally, the pick-up and drop-off locations were about 5 km apart, which was inconvenient. I’ve already reached out to customer support regarding these issues.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the rental car we recently received. The vehicle had clearly not been maintained or checked before handover. Upon starting the car, multiple warning lights appeared on the head-up display, including: • Service required • Low windshield washer fluid • No coolant (we even purchased coolant for $16 but could not use it, as we realized afterward it was the wrong type) • Empty fuel tank (we had to spend $35.46 to fill it) It is unacceptable that a rental car was handed over in such a state, as this caused significant inconvenience and stress.

Really nice car to drive. Pick up was super easy, no dramas. There is a big crack in the windscreen but doesnt impede your view at all. Would recommend!

Car qas ok unfortunately it qas flooded with water in the passenger seat. I was in a hurry so did what I had to do and tried to get most of.the water out. On the drop of i was going to drive again to get the fuel here at the ampol station and the car died on me.

Great little car- the fob doesn’t work on the key so you have to manually put the key in to unlock but everything else is great. Super easy to collect, only issue was with completing pick up but that was an ap issue, nothing to do with host.

Very bad, first, the interior was dirty, not cleaned, windows as well, half of the stuff inside are broken, you can't control the side mirrors, you can hear that something's wrong with the engine or tire alignment. It needs service
