I rented this car again as I had already used the same before. Overall, the car was in a really dirty but worked well. However, there was no cable available to connect my phone, so I couldn’t use CarPlay. For some reason, I wasn’t able to use maps on the car’s screen, which made driving that day less comfortable. Additionally, the car had a battery issue that I eventually managed to fix, but it caused about a one-hour delay and some inconvenience during my trip. Despite these issues, the car overall was fine and drove perfectly once everything was sorted out.

I rented this car for the day and overall the experience was very good. The car worked perfectly, was comfortable to drive, and I had no issues during the trip. I really enjoyed the day with this vehicle. The only thing worth mentioning is that the front windshield has some scratches. This does not affect driving or safety, but it would have been better to be informed about it in advance. Additionally, while I was returning the car, an orange warning light with an exclamation mark appeared on the dashboard, indicating a generic vehicle warning. I am not sure what it was related to, but it did not cause any problems and did not seem serious. Finally, it was not specified anywhere that the fuel cost would be reimbursed. For this reason, I did not keep the fuel receipt, even though I did refuel the car. If the fuel cost will not be refunded, that is fine, but it would have been better to know in advance so that I could have kept the receipt. Overall, the car was in great condition and I am satisfied with the experience.

Unfortunately the start of the trip was not so good , although not really the hosts fault. Car in front parked too close and VWs have a habit of going forward before they lock into reverse and go back. Being in a slight hill it was impossible. Had to call for help. Once that was done everything went smoothly. Car has minor damage so ensure you take photos.

Easy pick up, collected keys via lock box connected to the vehicle. Everything went smoothly during the trip. I had absolutely no problems at all! Belle's Audi was also, easy to drive, clean, easy drop off. All round, went very smoothly and I would recommend Belle's Audi if you are looking for an amazing family rental car!!!

I had a really great experience with this booking. The car was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive.The host was great to deal with, very friendly and responsive, and the system also made pickup and return as simple as possible. Everything went off without a hitch, and I'd definitely rent again.

Do not hire a vehicle from this lady . Misleading and deceptive conduct as to the first car while being paid upfront was not available at the last minute . Funds not yet returned $1000 plus Next car was poorly described and was a hotted up noisy very golf suitable for a 19 yr old and collected with dirt and grime ! A total rip off !! Will be taking the matter further legally ! Stay away from this host and company !

The car would need some windshield washer fluid and a few messages / lights on a dashboard may require some attention (oil servicing needed etc.). One point that was a bit deceiving, the car doesn’t actually have CarPlay (I couldn’t get any USB input into the car entertainment system) but Bluetooth is nice. Otherwise it is a good car, pleasant to drive.

The car was so dirty. Fuel was completely empty when we picked up. And there were several warning lights to change oil/loss of tyre pressure when we picked up. Continued with the booking as we were already running late. Was also promised carplay and cruise control on the listing but neither was available. None of the buttons on the steering wheel worked. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the rental car we recently received. The vehicle had clearly not been maintained or checked before handover. Upon starting the car, multiple warning lights appeared on the head-up display, including: • Service required • Low windshield washer fluid • No coolant (we even purchased coolant for $16 but could not use it, as we realized afterward it was the wrong type) • Empty fuel tank (we had to spend $35.46 to fill it) It is unacceptable that a rental car was handed over in such a state, as this caused significant inconvenience and stress.

Misleading informations, No Apple CarPlay for navigation Air conditioning didn’t work at all, only hot air, which made our trip impossible with the hot weather and a kid with us. Don’t recommend
