Great communication with Nimish, and very easy handover/drop off even if a few things changed my end with timings. The car is in great condition and easy to drive, perfect for my short trip to Melbourne.

Hurst was lovely and good communication but the car itself wreaked of cigarette smoke to the point. It actually made me sick to be in the vehicle and also the app was showing a different location for the vehicle than what it was parked at so I was unable to start or end the trip
