• The individual caused damage to my vehicle and subsequently departed the scene without providing any contact information or responding to attempts at communication. I preferred not to lend him car in the future.

• Bad actor!!!breached all the rules including late return, damaged auto-plug so car wouldn’t start until its fixed, sunroof was left open, smoked in the car. Absolutely nightmare!!

• Avoid. Do not loan your car to this person. This guest is irresponsible and did not start the trip or end the trip on the app. On both accounts, I needed to get Drivemate staff to help start and end the trip. Fortunately, I took photos of the car and the odometer before the car was loaned out. The guest didn't hand the keys over to me as well, just dropped into the letterbox and didn't even ring the doorbell. I had to find out later that the car was returned. Car was also returned significantly late, almost 24 hours later and guest was unresponsive. I had to raise a fuss before the car eventually was returned. Car was returned in bad shape. The dashcam wiring was yanked out, front seat car mats were missing. Throughout the car there was sticky residue and pinkish residue. Car was also returned smelling of cigarettes. The boot was muddy and smelt of petrol. Massive cleaning after the car was returned.
