The host was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond, which made the whole process stress-free. The car was in excellent condition — clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. Everything went smoothly from pick-up to return. The only challenge was finding the right address; it would be easier if the building name was included along with the address.
