Alana is fantastic in her communications and her flexibility. The Subaru was fantastic, everything you could want in a hire car but better. Reliable, clean, DVD player for kids in rear, fuel efficient and comfortable. The car seats were excellent. We love drive mate and can't wait to use Alana's car again.

Alana was very helpful and gave a run down of the car upon pick up (connecting Bluetooth, using maps etc). The car was clean, comfortable and great to drive. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the cleaning on return of the car but we were able to come to an amicable agreement between us. Overall, Alana was a great host.
