• This time Suzie left massive scratches on the rear passenger door and rear panel of the car. Both will need to be replaced. She tried to clean out the deep gouges with some kind of white paste, then left the paste dripping down the side of the car. Needless to say that didn't work. She didn't message to let me know, obvs hoping to get away with it. Suzie is a terrible borrower and chaotic person.

• Suzie returned car almost 23 hours late. Suzie didn't respond to my or drivemate's attempts to contact her while the car was missing. Suzie left gear in the car after finally returning it and left wax-like substance on the upholstery. Very inconsiderate driver.
