The host was amazing. Steering on the car is stiff but other than that the car was a great help for us. Bit small in the front when the baby capsule was fitted (which was unexpected for a 7 seater) but worked for us as the male passenger just sat in the back.

It was such a great experience! The van was clean, spacious, and in good condition, and it even came with a moving trolley and other tools, which made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend this van.

Couldnt park the car in same spot, its a bit tight parking. But parked with in 500m as per policy. Otherwise all good with the car

Van was perfect size, easy to drive and well priced. Had a few troubles finding it due to a glitch on the app, and starting it up with the remote immobiliser but we called up drivemate and they were able to help out. Overall very happy with the service. Was so great to have access to extra blankets and a trolley!
