• Only 4 stars as Benjamin didn't understand that unlike traditional car rentals (or even AirBnB) there is no cleaning fee added into the charges so car has to be returned clean. Car had been steamed clean before the start of the booking but was returned with drinks cap and straw on the floor and stains (possibly from soft drinks) on both rear and 3rd row seats. It's much easier for guests to get these cleaned before returning rather than leave it to hosts to send it for cleaning to get rid of the stains. Otherwise car was properly parked and returned with more than 1/4 tank of fuel.
