To take note for this car, like to raise several issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed in the listing. First, the radio does not work. Although a radio transmitter has been provided, there are no instructions or indication of which frequency should be used to connect audio from a phone, making it effectively unusable. Second, the A/C is not working. This was not mentioned anywhere in the vehicle description. Given the current weather conditions, this is a significant issue and should have been clearly disclosed so that renters can make an informed decision before booking. Third, the driver side sun visor has been completely removed. Driving without a sun visor is extremely uncomfortable and can be hazardous, particularly when driving directly into sunlight. This is also something that was not mentioned in the listing. Overall, these are important functional and safety related issues that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. The lack of disclosure is misleading and unfair to renters who rely on accurate information when choosing a vehicle.

The car wasn’t in good condition, driver’s side didn’t have a sun visor which made driving in the sun difficult. It drove ok once and didn’t start the next time. The app refunded the booking

Great host, very friendly on the phone when I needed to extend the trip. Only issue I had was the aircon wasn't working from the day I picked the car up, which isn't ideal for QLD summer time. Other than that, would highly recommend Joel and his cars!

Ok overall car. Host good clear comms. Car lacks power when air conditioning is on with 4 people in car. Something strange happening w left front door not opening properly from inside? Safety item. It was empty on pickup so had to be filled twice on a short 2 day hire. Annoying. This should have been checked before it was hired out. Needs an air freshener and maybe a clean, as it has that daily driver musty smell.
