Great host, very responsive and the van was perfect for what we needed to use it for, would definitely use again. My only issues were with Drivemate itself, verification at pickup took too long resulting in calling the helpline. And they charged me to extend when they shouldn’t have (still waiting for this to be resolved). Other than that I’d definitely use it again but make sure I get to the vehicle the full 15 mins before

Excellent service. Very fast replies to my original email that I found from a google search, then before & during the trip when I had questions. Smooth & easy experience. I've never used this type of service before & it was far better customer service than the hire places or the airport. Very good prices & easy to use, once you've gone through it. The only complaint I have is a tech complaint. that the App kept deleting my information upon pick up. I switched to another app for a moment, also went backwards on the menu to check something...& the whole process had to start again. Taking photos of the whole car 3x was a bit of a hassle. The van was excellent. Full customer support & fast reply. Now I've been through the process it would be much easier to use the next time. Thank you.
