Good condition car, easy to operate and very handle for getting Christmas chores done. Down sides:- 1. Pick up and drop off need to be prearranged with host, even then timing not guaranteed. It took me 40mins to finally return the key to the host. A simple keylock box or bluetooth open or lock car solution should be implemented? 2. The navigation panel is in Japanese, with map of Tokyo. And the panel makes a loud tone sound every now and again for no particular reason. Annoying, scared the sh*t out of passengers YES!

Everythink went smooth. Only information about the key hand over process could be more precise. Other than that all experience good and I can recomment this car for anyone who needs to move anything. 👍
