Initially I thought it was a clapped out Van but after driving it to collect a few things to relocate to my warehouse, it was actually an amazing machine. So convenient and fuel economical and easy to drive. The heater and air con was phenomenal as mentioned by previous users. Thank you so much it was pleasurable first Drivemate experience.

Great car! Just needs some TLC and some basic attention. Such as tyre pressure… they’re quite flat, message to check oil is displayed frequently, the car is tidy but needs a good clean inside and outside. Easy pick up and drop off easy to find a parking spot. Lovely car and fun to drive.

Great car but Drivemate has been an absolute nightmare. The car's location for pickup was not correctly shown on the map, my extension request for the vehicle was processed and my card was charged only for the trip to end at the time the extension was meant to start. No Australian call centres and staff can do next to nothing to assist. Ellen was a receptive and helpful host, but the Drivemate platform has serious issues.

Great car for my needs. Some challenges in getting access to the key as the previous driver did not leave it (!), but Ellen was quick to respond and trouble-shoot.

Ellen has been a really great host! Five stars for her. Unfortunately my trip has been plagued by a number of user issues with the app - it is incredibly difficult to use. While this doesn’t reflect in anyway at all on Ellen as a host, I feel as though it was important to note.

Great host, the van was bigger than what I expected, I was planning to move my furniture in two or three rounds, but I did it in one round and returned the van 16 hours earlier. Highly recommended
