The owner was confrontational in a passive-aggressive manner. She wrongly claimed I damaged her seat, which is in excellent condition, over a headrest that is also in perfect condition but was apparently stuck. Stuck and damaged are two entirely different things. She also labeled parking five minutes away as an inconvenience despite no available spaces. I respected the vehicle and left it exactly as I collected it. The vehicle itself was a pleasure to drive and had a great aroma, though the floors could have used a vacuum. I rate this experience one star due to the unpleasant correspondence and the unnecessary burden of having to defend and justify myself, though I would have given five stars based solely on the vehicle.

She is a lovely lady, response immediately The car needs a bit of a clean up and A/c needs checked out as I felt in a hot day the cooling was not that cool. Maybe it just old me. Highly recommend 👌

Melissa is truly a lovely person. Despite her busy schedule, she came over and helped us when we had an issue with pick-up, that was highly appreciable. Car was maintained very well. Good deal for a short trip.

Great host but needs to communicate better with Drive Mate. The car was not where supposed and took a while to contact the host.

Vehicle was ideal for our requirements. I did have a slight issue when collecting the car, as I was not aware that it was activated totally from the app and not a key. Having searched glove box and inside of car it then became apparent. Apart from this, everything was excellent and I will recommend to others.
