• Melissa is truly a lovely person. Despite her busy schedule, she came over and helped us when we had an issue with pick-up, that was highly appreciable. Car was maintained very well. Good deal for a short trip.

• Great host but needs to communicate better with Drive Mate. The car was not where supposed and took a while to contact the host.

• Vehicle was ideal for our requirements. I did have a slight issue when collecting the car, as I was not aware that it was activated totally from the app and not a key. Having searched glove box and inside of car it then became apparent. Apart from this, everything was excellent and I will recommend to others.
