      Had a great experience overall! The communicator was friendly and clear, although there was a bit of confusion at pick-up due to the Drive Mate app’s location settings. Thankfully, that was easy to sort out. One small hiccup: when dropping the car off, it was parked in a bus zone. No fine has been issued yet, but I’ll keep you posted if one pops up. Also, a fine did show up during the trip, but it didn’t impact the overall experience too much.
