I would not recommend Drive Mate. They have serious billing system issues. They charged my account $200 for a "Heavy Cleaning" fee. This directly contradicts Drive mate's own policy, which they provided, stating that "Heavy Cleaning" for issues such as major stains, pet hair, and smoking remnants is priced at $125. There was no due process. I was literally charged 3 minutes after an email was sent to me. This was well above the actual cost of Cleaning. Drive Mate also charged me over $44,000 because their own staff put the wrong starting Odometer in so the system charged me. This was deeply traumatic. I've lodged complaints to NSW Fair Trading.

Daniel is such a friendly guy. Really helpful as this was my first time using this App and to be honest some of the App functionality is not working because of the company's transition from Uber. I recommend hiring this car. Great drive, clean and loads of space. Thanks Dan!

Daniel is a great host. He promptly informed me where the car was and was very helpful throughout the day. The car is also very convenient, drives nicely and it’s easy to park. It wasn’t easy to find parking to return it but if more people share their car like Daniel instead of buying we’d all have more street parking available.
