Martin returned the in a disgusting, and atrocious state. The rear seats and entire boot were filled with cat hair, and the inside of the passenger door was covered in a white liquid. In addition to all of that, there was dirt, leaves, and other debris all over the car. Once Drivemate appropriately charged him a heavy cleaning fee, he continued to message me telling me "it's not on" and that he will be challenging the decision by going to fair trading. I would recommend not renting your car to him if you don't want to deal with this type of customer.
