Car was great, did everything I needed it to for the 4 days that I had it. It definitely wasnāt squeaky clean as described, which doesnāt bother me as I donāt need a perfectly clean car, but felt there was quite a lot of emphasis on returning the car perfectly clean - Iām of course down to clean up my own mess but not willing to clean other peopleās mess. I also would appreciate if there was a little advance notice given about the pick up process - I arrived at the car 30 minutes early and thought I would be able to pick it up as I have with other cars but had to wait. Perhaps sharing info beforehand about what to expect with the pick up would be helpful. All in all a good experience, thanks Jesse.

Great car, rented last week and came straight back to rent again. One issue is that when you go to end the trip and follow the process to take photos of the interior and exterior you canāt go back and then lock the car with the app. I managed a work around this time but would be great to have that figured out.

What a great, reliable car! Runs smoothly, very spacious and clean inside (minus the floor needing a bit of a vacuum). I only hired car for the day doing local trips but can appreciate how perfect this car would be for a road trip āļø would definitely recommend car to others without hesitation.

Convenient car to hire. Was a tad dirty inside from the previous driver that looks to have done a beach trip as there was sand etc on seats & floor - Gave the car a good vacuum before returning. The car also made a scraping metal noise when engaging steering wheel all the way to the far right which I reported to owner and the body of the car has a lot of scratches/damage so I was mindful to take a lot of photos to ensure I wasnāt liable for this damage. Might be good if car description was updated to reflect car condition because atm it says car is in excellent condition which I donāt think is accurate. Other than the above feedback I did appreciate the convenience of hiring car.
