I suggest not renting this van. The driver side mirror doesn't adjust and is too scratched/cloudy to use even if it could adjust. And this coupled with no windows out the side/back makes changing lanes to the right or backing up so dangerous. Car smelled like smoke and air conditioning doesn't work so a black van in Melbourne summer is pretty rough. On our way to drop something off the van broke down. Able to get in contact with host and he was helpful which was the positive in the experience.
