Easy pick up and location

Experience wasn’t the best. Took us an hour to unlock the car as the app said the car was in a different location to where it actually was, then had to wait 45mins to park the car in the same space as it was busy. Also car needs a service I think as the engine light comes on and the automatic transmission sometimes struggles to find the right gear. Car was clean and still works fine, just a few issues as listed

Great car. Initially the car did not start as it was parked outside for a week and due to the cold it did not start. The host was really nice to come all the way to help get the car started. He also ensured the car was cleaned before the trip was started.
