• The guest returned the vehicle with a damaged front left tyre caused by impact and failed to report it at any stage. This lack of disclosure is unacceptable and left me to discover the damage after the trip had ended. In addition, the vehicle was not returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the booking, which is a basic requirement. I would not host this guest again. Future hosts should be aware and I strongly encourage the guest to take responsibility for any damage and communicate honestly moving forward.
