Jakub was polite to deal with, however there were a couple of significant issues with the return of the vehicle. The car was returned caked in mud on the exterior, including the undercarriage, which required extensive cleaning before it could be rented again. The vehicle was also returned to a parking space designated for motorcycles rather than the agreed parking location. Please remember that this is a car-sharing platform, and vehicles are expected to be returned in the same condition they were collected. This includes returning the car clean. If the vehicle becomes excessively dirty during your booking, it is your responsibility to have it washed before returning it so it is ready for the next user. I hope this feedback helps for any future bookings.
